Menu Plan–Week of February 27

I think I can officially say that spring has sprung, at least here in Georgia.   

The trees are blooming…

The tulip leaves are peaking through…

The water table is out….

And the shorts are pulled out of storage…


Glorious weekend of 80 degree weather.  But 82 in February means July will be, what?  182?!!

Busy week ahead, so I’m keeping the meal plans simple and full of things I can cook or prep early in the day.  And it was quick to plan thanks to theme nights and my Cozi calendar.

Sunday–Sticky chicken cooked on our new smoker (yum!), roasted potatoes, salad, 5-Minute Artisan bread and green beans
Tuesday–Shredded Mexican chicken (freezer), homemade tortillas, lime rice, apple slices
Wednesday–Pizza Joes, garlic pasta, raw veggies
Thursday–Sesame pasta chicken salad w/stir-fried veggies
Friday–Chicken Parmesan, pasta, red sauce, roasted garlic bread from the remaining 5-minute bread
Saturday–Pizza!
