Best Grilled Pork Chops

I wish I knew where I found this recipe. I saved it into Mastercook a few years back but forgot to save the source. Whoever or wherever I got it, thank you!

Best Grilled Pork Chops
Serves 6

1/2 cup water
1/3 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
3 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
6 pork loin chops, fat removed

Combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over pork chops. Marinate at least two hours. Drain marinade and grill.

To freeze: Place all ingredients in a freezer ziptop bag.  Lay flat to freeze.  Thaw in the fridge overnight.  Grill.
